Self Storage Manager/ Associate Manager

   Results oriented sales person wanted to manage state-of-the-art self storage facility.
Must have strong sales abilities for one-on-one interactions with prospective customers and be able to close sales.  A Store Management position with outstanding opportunities for driven and goal-oriented people who have excellent customer service skills.
Must be organized and be administratively proficient with good computer skills.  Store Manager will also be responsible for managing sales leads, properly executing customer leases, managing cash collections, reporting daily results, monitoring physical property systems and maintaining A+ property appearance.  Routine light cleaning of the property is required as an integral part of achieving sales goals.
The ideal candidate for Store Manager must have good communication skills, professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude.
