It’s Your Education. You Call the Shots.

If you’re in the self-storage business, chances are you either own a facility or manage one. That’s why we’ve designed M.O.S.T. to deliver a one-two punch in one dynamic day. Two separate tracks will focus owners and managers on the specific training each group needs to get the M.O.S.T. from this information-packed training. While managers zero in on collections; leasing and phone skills; and handling those “challenging” tenants, owners will delve into keeping profits up and costs down; pricing and marketing; and employee hiring, compensation and motivation.

What makes M.O.S.T. especially exciting and unique? All participants may attend any training “module,” so you customize your learning experience! (The only exception: The employment-related module is open only to facility owners, and to supervisors with written and signed permission - in advance of the event - to attend that session. But other than that, no matter your job title, the day is yours to create your own program!).

Your six training modules are: Pricing and Marketing; Keeping Costs Down and Profits Up; Collections; Leasing and Phone Skills; Customer Service and Handling Challenging Customers; and Employee Hiring, Motivation and Compensation. You’ll get to choose three, for a training program you build!

At the end of M.O.S.T., Owners will know:
•  When to raise rents, when to lower them and when to leave them alone
•  How to generate more prospect calls and visits to the facility
•  How to keep profits up and costs down
•  How to find, hire, motivate, and compensate the best managers...and so much more

Managers and Assistant Managers are critical to operational success in storage. They’ll leave this event ready to:
•  Take the eight most critical steps to “closing the deal”
•  Train their tenants to abide by facility policies
•  Develop a collections system that works for them
•  Turn a customer problem into a “remark-able” experience...and a day’s worth more
