TSSA Legal Seminars 2012
San Marcos - Friday, April 20

The recent changes following the Texas Legislative sessions created many opportunities for self-storage operators to modernize the foreclosure process.  These same changes also created new opportunities for legal liabilities!

What you will learn during this intensive workshop:

  • Lien Sales – what’s new, what stayed the same
  • How did the legislative changes affect the process for vehicle lien sales

  • How to legally notify your tenants that you’re switching to the new TSSA lease
  • How the use of electronic mail can be a positive change for you and your tenants
  • Foreclosure on tenants who are bankrupt, in jail, incapacitated, or deceased
