    Position: Part-Time Assistant Facility Manager
    Company: National Storage Solutions Management
    Availability: Immediate Opening
    Compensation: Dependent on Skills & Experience

    Position Description: National Storage Solutions, a top performer in the Self-Storage Industry, is seeking an experienced Self Storage Part –Time Assistant Manager to assist in the oversight of the sales and operations of a store level within a team environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Store Manager in managing a local storage facility. Help with developing and executing sales and operational goals. The Assistant Manager will help the Store Manager oversee local marketing, and help with building relationships with local business leaders to promote our services, and help to promote the companies brand within the community.

    Qualifications Include:
    • The ability to work well with others
    • Operational experience in the self-Storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory
    • Ability to prepare rental agreements with customers
    • Customer service
    • Experience with sales and administrative duties
    • Possess a high level of problem solving skills
    • Help develop and execute effective marketing plans
    • Experience in coaching and training employees towards states goals.
    • Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
    • Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses is a plus

    High School Diploma required.
