    Job description

    My client is an innovator in the entertainment and soft gaming industry. The company was set up in 2000 and since then has gone from strength to strength becoming listed on AIM in 2006. There is significant financial backing behind the company and all the company figures can be viewed on the internet, where you will see year on year success.

    The majority of revenue and sales has been from offline but the focus now is to acquire new players online and drive the online business so that revenue can be exploited in this way. The company offers various prizes both online and offline which are for people for varying backgrounds. A host of skill games are available and the game is not a lottery. In 2007 the website launched instant win games and also has sports betting skill gaming both on and offline. Recently a white label partnership was signed with a Casino (please note that applicants can come from any online entertainment e-commerce background).

    Responsibilities and Requirements

     Have a defined strategy setting targets linked to monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets which will be agreed with the Managing Director and the Commercial Director.

    You will need to have had extensive experience within traditional online Acquisition marketing
        You will need to be able to work autonomously and guide the existing team to assist you in generating more players to the site.

    All your focus will be on acquisition but you will still need to have a knowledge of CRM and VIP campaigns as these are strategies that you will be applying in the future within the company.

    Create focussed affiliate deals to generate new players as well as managing existing partnershipsExperience of managing an team and working autonomously.
    5 years+ experience working in acquisition in the online marketing spectrum

    Ideally you will have experience of an e-commerce background and prior experience of working in a start up. If you want to join a company that is financially stable, has no competitors in the market and a solid business plan then this is the company for you.
