You’ve never met a stranger (it’s true) and you relish the challenge of leading the rentals and operations of a top rated, premier storage facility. There’s never a dull moment as you meet potential customers, discover their needs and help them through life transitions.

Our storage facility is a community hub. Customers moving to new cities look for a friendly face and place as they transition to new homes. Business owners need space to store their products. The beloved, but extra couch from a divorce needs a unit. Parents moving on to assisted living need a safe place for their life treasures. As the leasing manager, you hold the keys to peace of mind for your rental customers.

You care about them, and treat them like family - developing long term relationships. You are genuinely glad to see them, to know them personally, and to provide this invaluable service.

This is a beautiful new facility to introduce to the community in Missouri City, TX. After you’ve leased the 1st Phase of almost 500 units, 500 more units will be added in Phase 2.It’s a big job with more authority, flexibility and responsibility than most storage managers, but you’re not on your own.

LockTite Storage has a dedicated corporate team to support your efforts and you’ll grow your on-site support staff as the units lease up. You’ll often interact with peers who manage similar properties. You’ll have corporate support and your own entrepreneurial drive to increase revenue, operate the property, and market the storage facility to the surrounding communities.

If you are a dedicated property manager with a talent for leasing - who genuinely likes to help others an wants to be an integral part of the community - this is the opportunity for you.

    Let’s talk.

    More about you:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree - Communications or marketing is a plus

2- 5 years retail sales or rental experience (apartments or storage)

Facilities management experience is a plus

Have managed support staff or sales staff

Have led successful media and community marketing efforts

Send a one page resume and tailored cover letter telling us why you’re perfect for the job.
