The purpose of the Texas Self Storage Association forum is to provide an interactive meeting and learning place for people in the self-storage industry.

This forum is moderated and when necessary, posts can be edited or deleted in order to keep the site free of spam, crude language, and advertising.

Please read over the following rules and instructions for the forum.

    1. Who can use the TSSA Forum?
This is a public forum and you do not have to be a member of TSSA to join it. However, we certainly do encourage you to join! Self-storage imanagers, operators, owners, investors, developers and vendors―all are welcome!

    2. Online Manners
Avoid criticism and maintain a respectful dialogue at all times Feel free to ask any question or post any comment relating to self-storage, but be polite and respectful in your dealings with others. TSSA and the forum moderators expect those posting to exhibit good judgment and refrain from posting any untoward comments (obscenities; slander, etc.). TSSA staff/moderators reserve the right to edit/delete inappropriate posts.

    3. Advertising of products or services.
While we encourage vendors’ expertise, we ask that vendors refrain from outright advertising of their products or services. If you would like to learn more about advertising, please view our Advertising page.

    4. Respect our “experts.”
TSSA has appointed several self-storage experts to serve as moderators of these forums. They are here to help, lend their expertise, and keep the forum running smoothly, and they do so on a volunteer basis.
