Texas Self Storage Association Announces Board Officers for 2014-2015

The Texas Self Storage Association (TSSA) Board of Directors recently elected executive officers for 2014-2015. The new board members and officers begin their term on October 1 and will be introduced at the TSSA Big Ideas in Storage Annual Conference scheduled for October 26 – 28 in Fort Worth.

Round Rock, TX, September 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Texas Self Storage Association (TSSA) Board of Directors recently elected executive officers for 2014-2015. The members of the Executive Committee are: President Amy Nolan of The Storage Place in Corpus Christi; Vice President Paul Glover of Storage Choice in Dallas; Treasurer Clint Wynn of Hixon Properties in San Antonio, Secretary Ricky Jenkins, of The Jenkins Organization in Houston, and Immediate Past President Mike Gately with Daughtry Properties in San Antonio.

The other members of the board of directors are: Larry Easley of Storage Management Associates; Chris Martin of Ideal Self Storage in Waco; George McCanse of Yellowstone Investments in Austin; Lisa Meylor of Tin Star Self Storage in San Antonio; Blair Valk, Assured Self Storage in Dallas, and April Young of Ultimate Properties in Fort Worth. Bill Bellomy of Bellomy & Co., Austin is the vendor member representative on the board of directors.

Currently serving as ex-officio members of the board are: Tom McCloskey of MC Storage in Lytle and Mark Skeans of Skeans & Associates in San Antonio.

The new board members and officers begin their term on October 1 and will be introduced at the TSSA Big Ideas in Storage Annual Conference scheduled for October 26 – 28 in Fort Worth. The Texas Self Storage Association was established in 1986 and is a non-profit trade association dedicated to enhancing the quality of the self-storage industry in Texas.
