What Each Option Includes
Full Registration includes all education, social events and trade show access. After one full registration has been purchased, any additional attendees from the same member company will receive $50 off the cost of each subsequent full registration.
One-Day Only Pass provides access to all conference activities on either Thursday or Friday.
Guest Pass allows access to social events and the trade show only. Available only with the purchase of an accompanying full registration.
Trade Show Only includes exhibit hall access only.

How to Select Your Booth:
- View the current floor plan . The booths marked in blue are sold.
- Click here to reserve your booth . Enter all required information and indicate your top three booth choices. Please note: You will be required to enter your credit card information during the reservation process, but you will not be charged until we have placed your company on the trade show floor plan.
Trade show booths are $2,000 per 10' × 10' and include a 6' table with a black drape, two chairs, a black perimeter drape and exhibitor staff registration for two people.

Tip: Sponsorships allow vendors to select booths earlier.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing to [email protected] no later than September 18, 2026. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Substitutions with advance notice will be accepted at no additional charge. Non-members attending and subsequently joining TSSA within 30 days after the end of the conference can apply the difference between member and non-member conference fees to their first year of TSSA dues.
