2025 Legislative Committees

 

Texas Self Storage Association is working diligently to ensure all Texas legislators are familiar with House Bill 1093 filed and championed by Representative Stan Lambert (House District 71, Abilene) and Senate Bill 2437 filed and championed by Senator Tan Parker (Senate District 12, Flower Mound). HB 1093 and SB 2437 “Alternatives to Mandatory Newspaper Advertising for Lien Sales” will provide operators with alternatives for advertising your lien sales beyond the current mandate of newspaper ads. Speaker Dustin Burrows and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick have announced committee assignments for the 89th Texas Legislature.
