Echoes of the Bubble (POP) And What They Mean for Texas Today

Bradley Hunter, Housing Economist
Bradley F. Hunter is a respected housing economist, having completed and directed hundreds of market studies for homebuilders and land investors. In this keynote address, he will provide his forecast of the next wave of housing construction. He will explain why homes are being built in certain areas and not others, why builders aren't building homes that median family households can afford, and where within metro markets the builders will have to start their projects going forward (in Texas as well as nationally). He will also share some startling stories "from the front line" from the bubble and from the bust, with the aim of illuminating where we will be building homes in the future.
