Wednesday’s welcome reception will be held outdoors in the Wine Yard, which is on the ground level just outside from the lobby bar. Breakfast, lunch and sponsored tabletops will be held in Tuscany Ballroom on level four. Education will be held in the Bordeaux Ballroom on level four. Thursday’s reception will also be held on level four indoors and outdoors in the foyer and Rioja Terrace.
To navigate to the fourth-floor meeting space, use the guest elevators near the Harvest Hall entrance.
Plan for Your Trip to Grapevine
Attire: All education will be held in meeting rooms, but the receptions (weather permitting) will be hosted outside. Business casual or resort wear is appropriate.
Travel: Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is 3.4 miles from the hotel. TexRail picks up in Terminal B of DFW and drops off just outside of the hotel's back doors at the Grapevine/Main Street Station at $2.50 each way.
Parking: The hotel provides an attached parking garage onsite. Overnight self-parking is $24 per day, valet is $39 per day and daily parking is $15.

Your guests (including children) are welcome to attend the receptions on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as the Thursday afternoon meet-up in Harvest Hall. If you would like your guests to attend these special events, please purchase a guest pass. This $149 fee will cover the cost of food and beverage. Cancellation Policy
You may send a replacement if you are unable to attend; however, cancellations received after May 15 or attendees who “no-show” will not receive a refund. Send registration changes to [email protected].
