All events will be held at the JW Marriott Levels 2, 3 and 4. A light breakfast will be available on Level 3 on Thursday and Friday until 9:00 a.m.

Parking

Overnight Parking
The JW Marriott offers valet parking for $69 and self-parking for $54 per day, plus taxes. Guests staying overnight receive a $10 discount on parking. 
 Daily Parking
 Guests not staying overnight may park at the hotel at the fees listed above or at the Austin Convention Center 2nd Street parking garage located across from the JW Marriott. View parking rates and directions here. No overnight parking is allowed in the public garage.

Check in and Badge Pick Up

Registration will be located on Level 3 of the JW Marriott.

Thursday, October 30; 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 
Friday, October 31; 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Scan and Go!
Use the barcode sent to you on October 27 when you arrive at the TSSA registration desk to quickly scan and pick up your conference badge. You can also access this barcode in the TSSA Mobile App once logged in. Just open the conference event within the mobile app, tap Information, tap Badge and scan your unique bar code. If you require registration changes, please proceed to the onsite registration counters or contact TSSA by October 24 to make any changes prior to your arrival. 



Download the TSSA Mobile App

TSSA has a mobile app to help you navigate the conference. With added features, you may use the app all year long to connect with members, register for events and engage in conversations through the online community, TSSA Engage.

Search for "TSSA Mobile" in your app store or click here to download. To log in to the app, enter the same username and password that you use to access Members Only content on the TSSA website. Contact us if you need help logging in. For hands-on support, please visit the TSSA registration desk onsite. 

With the app you can:

- View the full event schedule and details
- Build your personal schedule
- Access presenter handouts
- Provide feedback on conference presentations
- View trade show exhibitors
- Bid on silent auction items, preview live auction items and purchase raffle tickets

Play Booth Bingo for a chance to win $1,000!

While you're visiting with exhibitors in the trade show, play Booth Bingo for your chance to win a $1,000, $500 or $250 prize. You’ll find your booth bingo card along with the list of participating vendors in your conference bag. Once all booth bingo slots are stamped, return your card to the BINGO area inside the trade show. Winners are announced on Friday at 12:30 p.m. Stick around, you must be present to win.

Big Ideas Late Night Party: Monster Bash

Skip the spooky streets of Austin and head to Level 2 of the JW Marriott for TSSA’s legendary Late Night Party. Join us the night before All-Hallows’ Eve for a celebration filled with eerie-sistible drinks, devilishly good food and monstrously fun company. Costumes are encouraged and will be rewarded—enter the costume contest for a chance to win prizes.

TSSA's Charitable "Fun"draising

All proceeds go directly to Shriners Hospitals for Children®. There are many ways to get involved to help support this worthy cause.
  • Charity Casino Night & Poker Tournament: Wednesday, 6:30 – 10:00 p.m. There's still time to secure your seat. The entry fee is $150 to participate in the poker tournament or come-and-go casino games.
  • Silent Auction: Bidding is open now and available through Friday at noon. Browse the silent auction items here and place your bids or visit the silent auction area near registration during all registration hours. Winning bidders may pick up their items at registration on Friday between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m.
  • Live Auction: Bid on live auction items at the Casino Night and Poker Tournament on Wednesday evening or at the Dine-Around Member Lunch and Networking on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Browse the live auction items here.
  • Raffle Tickets: You may purchase raffle tickets here now and throughout the conference for your chance to win a $1,000 American Express gift card. Tickets are $20 for one, $50 for five and $100 for ten ticket entries. The winner will be drawn in the BINGO area of the trade show on Friday at 1:00 p.m. You do not have to be present to win.
  • Make a Monetary Donation: Make a monetary donation directly to the hospital through TSSA's secure online portal by clicking here.

If you have any special dietary needs or requests that were not included during online registration, please email info@txssa.org ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.   

Cancellation Policy

You may send a replacement if you are unable to attend the event; however, cancellations received after September 19 or attendees who “no-show” will not receive a refund. Send any registration changes to info@txssa.org.
