Save the date for TSSA's 2026 Big Ideas in Storage Annual Conference and Trade Show happening November 4-6 in Austin!

TSSA hosts one networking happy hour event per year in each of the major Texas metro areas, including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. These events are strictly for networking, as there is no educational element. Members are encouraged to mix, mingle and connect with fellow self-storage professionals in a relaxed and intimate environment. 

Join us June 10-12 in historic Grapevine, TX for our 2026 Executive Retreat! Experience high-level, thought-provoking education led by industry experts, with open afternoons for building and strengthening relationships, enjoying relaxed yet elevated experiences or conducting business. You’ll leave this one-of-a-kind event with deeper connections, fresh insights and innovative solutions to today’s top challenges.

The magazine features a diverse collection of articles that provide insight on development, operations, revenue management, marketing, property taxes, legal issues, etc. You'll also get the latest association news, industry news and more.

TSSA hosts luncheons throughout the year in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. Luncheons typically have an educational element and also serve as an opportunity for members to network and connect with local self-storage peers and vendors. 

Each year, TSSA hosts up to six webinars to provide live and on-demand education for members. The webinars were hosted live, but the recordings can be viewed online anytime, as they are archived in TSSA's Educational Video Library.
