The 2023 Executive Retreat will be held at the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa, one of the finest luxury resorts in Cancun, where you'll get to experience numerous upscale amenities including spacious, sand-toned accommodations, onsite dining and premier access to alluring destinations. TSSA has secured a limited number of rooms for our group at a discounted room rate of $249. Roundtrip transportation to and from the airport will be sponsored to ensure a stress-free experience.

Safety and Security
We would like to confirm and reiterate that the safety and security of our members and their guests is a top priority, and we are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe experience. The resort has a strict plan for safety and security that runs 24 hours per day with more than 80 CCTV cameras in the hotel that cover the main entrance, public areas, main lobby, restaurants, beach access points and guestroom corridors.
Also, there is a team of seven loss and prevention agents (who speak English) onsite around the clock. Prior to entering the resort grounds, all guests must check in at the security gate and provide proper identification.
All beach access points are locked at all times, and guests will be required to use their keys to enter the property. If you are hesitant about using a regular taxi or ride-sharing app while in Cancun, the hotel can provide you with transportation assistance to and from the airport on a shared or private basis. Transportation assistance will need to be booked through the onsite concierge for an extra charge. TSSA will also be assisting with planned transportation to and from the hotel.
