Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before May 15 will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. You may send a replacement if you are unable to attend. Cancellations received after May 16 or attendees who “no-show” will not receive a refund. Send cancellations to info@txssa.org.
