2026 Booth Pricing: $2,000 per 10' x 10' booth
Sponsorships starting at $1,500

• The trade show will be held in the ballroom on the fourth floor (carpeted).
• Each booth includes a 6' table with black drape, two chairs, and perimeter drape in black.

Booth sales and sponsorship opportunities will open in early 2026.

• First, vendor companies are contacted in order of 2025's total spend (conference, advertising and sponsorships) and offered sponsorships. Confirmed 2026 sponsors then may select a booth.
• Second, remaining sponsorships are offered to all TSSA vendor members, regardless of total spend. If a vendor chooses a sponsorship at this time, they may choose a booth.
• Third, any remaining booths are available for purchase.

The trade show sells out quickly, so we encourage you to secure a sponsorship in order to select your booth early.
