TSSA's Big Ideas in Storage Annual Conference and Trade Show will take place at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas. Located just seven miles from the Austin ABIA airport, in the heart of the city, the JW Marriott is surrounded by local attractions such as South Congress Avenue, Sixth Street, Texas State Capitol and Lady Bird Lake. TSSA has secured a nightly rate of $329 for members attending the conference. Hotel reservations will open with registration on May 1, 2026.
The trade show will be held in the ballroom on the fourth floor which is carpeted. Each booth will include a 6' table with black drape, two chairs and perimeter drape in black.
Booth sales and sponsorship opportunities will open in early 2026. Please view the sales process below. - First, vendor companies are contacted in order of 2025's total spend (on conference, advertising and sponsorships) and offered sponsorships. Sponsors then select a booth. - Second, remaining sponsorships are offered to all TSSA vendor members, regardless of total spend. If a vendor chooses a sponsorship at this time, they may choose a booth. - Third, any remaining booths are available for purchase. The trade show sells out quickly, so we encourage you to secure a sponsorship in order to select your booth early.
