Colby is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in all areas of finance with a focus on real estate investment banking and equity/debt placement throughout the United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has executed more than $13.2 billion of transactions across all asset types. Prior to starting at HFF in 2005, he was active in multifamily brokerage in Austin, Texas.
